Regardless of whether you're a real estate agent, title company, or a borrower, if you have a MISMO XML 2.6 file containing an appraisal, you'll probably need to a way to read it. UAD Reader lets you do that and more. Click here for a short video overview of UAD Reader.

With a MISMO XML file open, there are several things you can do with the report:

• Print the PDF that's embedded in the MISMO XML. This is the PDF that was generated by the appraiser, so it should contain the complete appraisal.
• Click Save As to save the XML file to your PC. That's really handy if you opened the file directly from an email and need to keep a local copy.
• Click Export PDF to save a copy of the PDF in a separate file.
• Click PDF in New Window to open the ebmedded PDF in a separate window using your default PDF viewer.
