AppraisalPort / Save ENV

Titan Reports allows you to Deliver reports directly to AppraisalPort and save .ENV files to your digital Workfile. This is important for recordkeeping, but is also useful for uploading your appraisal to a portal that requires the .ENV format but is not delivered through the AppraisalPort network. Follow the instructions below to deliver your report to AppraisalPort and/or save the converted .ENV file to your Workfile:

You must have an active TOTAL Connect Pro membership to create an .ENV file. To learn more about the differences between our free TOTAL Connect and paid TOTAL Connect Pro memberships, click here.

1. With your signed report open in Titan Reports, click File, and select AppraisalPort / Save ENV.

   

2. If this is your first time delivering to AppraisalPort, you're prompted to confirm that you have read the AI Ready Conversion Details. Check the box on the lower left, and click OK to proceed.

   

3. In the window that appears, review the list of forms in your report:
   • Any forms not supported are grayed out and display a conversion status of Not Supported.
   • If a form is supported, but the delivery wizard detects an issue that may occur when converting the report, a conversion status of Needs Attention is displayed.
   • Click the Needs Attention conversion status for additional information and to determine why the form needs attention.

   

4. Check the box next to each supported form you want to include in the final report and click Generate .ENV.
5. Review the preview of the converted report, and choose whether you want to Save ENV/PDF to your report's Workfile or Deliver the report to AppraisalPort:

   Save ENV/PDF

   Click Save ENV/PDF to save a copy of the converted report to your report's Workfile. Then, check the box(es) next to ENV, PDF, or both and click Save on the lower right. When you're finished, click Return to Titan to return to your report.

   If you're delivering your report to AppraisalPort, a copy of the converted ENV and PDF are automatically saved to your Workfile and there's no need to manually save a copy.

   

   Deliver

   Before you deliver a report to AppraisalPort for the first time, you're required to enter your AppraisalPort credentials. This is the same login information you use to log in to the AppraisalPort website.

   Click AppraisalPort Settings, enter your AppraisalPort Username and Password, and click Save on the lower right to store your credentials.

   Once you've stored your AppraisalPort credentials, that information is retained for future deliveries. Simply click Deliver, select the AppraisalPort order you want to associate with your report, click Deliver on the lower right, and then click Return to Titan to return to your report and save the converted ENV and PDF files to your report's Workfile.
