Attach file

The Order Details screen allows you to attach files to your order such as contracts, reports, certifications, and letters. To attach a file to your order:

  1. From the Orders tab of Titan Office, find and double‑click the order where you wish to attach a file.
  2. Click Attach File in the toolbar.

  3. In the Manage Attachments pane that appears, click Upload and select the Doc Type from the drop‑down menu.

    You must select a Doc Type before you choose a file. If you select Appraisal Report Titan Office assumes the appraisal is complete and automatically updates the order status to Completed when you upload the file.
  4. Click Choose File. Then browse for the file, select it, and click Open.

  5. Enter any details about the attachment in the Description text area.
  6. When you're finished, click Upload.

That's it!  Click Close to exit the Manage Attachments window. Your attached documents appear in the Report Attachments pane.
