Recover Your Preferences

After you've uploaded your preferences to our servers, use the Recovery Wizard at any time to restore your settings. This is especially helpful to get you back up and running as fast as possible on a new computer. If you're on a new computer, or this is a new installation of Titan Drive, make sure you've configured Titan Drive's backup settings first. Then, follow the instructions below to recover your preferences.

  1. Close TOTAL.
  2. Click Start (  ), go to [All] Programs, hover over a la mode Titan Drive, and select Recover Your Preferences.
If you're using Windows 8 or Windows 10, simply press the Windows key (  ), type Recover Your Preferences into the Start screen, and press Enter.
  3. When the Introduction screen appears, click Next and confirm your connection type. Then, click Next again.
  4. Verify or enter your login information and click Next to proceed.
  5. Once your account has been verified, you're given the option to use either the Easy Recover or the Advanced Recover feature. Choose your recovery method and click Next:

  7. Once again, if you selected the Advanced Recover, you have the option to choose which portions of your preferences you want to recover. Pick the items you wish to restore, or click Mark All to retrieve all of your settings, and click Next again.

  8. After your preferences are restored, simply click Finish to close the Recovery Wizard window.

Your appraisal software preferences are now restored! Keep in mind that recovering preferences doesn't recover appraisal reports. You must transfer your reports manually, or retrieve them from the Titan Drive storage area to restore them on another computer.

Color Categories are installation specific, and can't be transferred using Titan Drive.
