UAD 3.6 QuickSource - MLS verification status
QuickSource in UAD 3.6 reports allows you to use your existing MLS data files in comma-separated values (CSV) or text format and import them just as you do for non-UAD 3.6 reports. QuickSource follows your existing data mapping rules and automatically converts imported values to the UAD 3.6 format.
MLS verification means we have reviewed an MLS's data and accounted for its data formats in QuickSource. Verification confirms that most data fields from the MLS formats reviewed translate correctly into UAD 3.6 fields. We continue to verify additional MLS sources and expand support for more data fields.
Data from an MLS that has not yet been verified is still expected to import into QuickSource and transfer to your report.
Review imported values against your source data before finalizing the information that transfers to your report. Pay particular attention to date fields and any Year Built values that appear as estimates.
