UAD 3.6 QuickSource
QuickSource in UAD 3.6 reports works similarly to QuickSource in Standard and Legacy UAD reports. Use QuickSource to compare property data from multiple sources before transferring values to your UAD 3.6 report. The QuickSource grid follows the UAD 3.6 report layout.
Open QuickSource
The QuickSource toggle in TOTAL works the same way for UAD 3.6, Standard, and Legacy UAD reports. Ensure the QuickSource toggle is toggled on in the upper right of the Appraisal Desktop, or in an open report

To access QuickSource in a UAD 3.6 report in TOTAL, click the Data menu on the upper left, and select QuickSource – Launch from the dropdown menu.

File imports, data mapping, and data selection follow the same process as other report types. The QuickSource toggle in TOTAL also works the same way.
Review data from multiple sources
QuickSource UAD 3.6 supports these data sources:
Imported Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data
Local comparable data
SmartExchange data
Public record data
Compare the subject and comparable data and review the rows to include in your report.
Values on the Subject tab transfer to the subject property's main Report Sections. Values on each comparable tab transfer to the Sales Comparison (Side-by-Side) report section. QuickSource also transfers comparable photos to your report with the correct labels.
Follow the MLS export instructions to create a file for import into QuickSource. Review imported values against your source data to confirm they translate correctly before transferring them to your report.
