The cards below display the basic details for each field available in the Assignment Information section of the report. Click on any card to expand it and read the full definition and additional guidance for that field.

Section Filters:
Use the Form Section and Subsection dropdown menus to filter the list by a specific section or subsection.
Search:
Use the Search bar to find cards containing specific text. When you perform a search, the list of cards dynamically updates to display only the cards that contain the text entered.
Expand All or Collapse All:
Use the Expand All and Collapse All links to open or close the detailed view containing Definitions and UAD Guidance for all cards on the page at once.
Reset the View:
After you apply a filter or perform a search, a Reset Filters button appears. Click Reset Filters to clear all selections and return to the full list of cards.
