Unit Interior

The Unit Interior section captures details about the interior layout, quality, condition, and features of each unit. It includes space for accessibility features, commentary, exhibits, and notes on any apparent defects, damages, or deficiencies. This section is repeated for each unit in the property.

In TOTAL, the data entry interface is designed to closely match the appearance of the printed report. However, there are some differences in the Unit Interior section compared to the final output so that quality and condition of certain rooms can be more easily entered.

Room List

In the top section, data is only required in the fields relevant to your subject. Certain fields such as Levels in Unit and the bedroom and bathroom count are calculated from the Level and Room Detail subsection.

  • Enter all levels for the property first. Use the buttons in the UAD Guidance section to add (or remove) levels.

  • Then enter all rooms. Use the buttons in the UAD Guidance section to add (or remove) rooms.

Interior Features

The Interior Features table works like many of the other tables in TOTAL’s UAD 3.6 report. To add or delete rows from the table, look to the UAD Guidance section that is always present on the right side of the screen.
