Uninstalling a la mode programs

This document explains how to uninstall a la mode programs from your computer.

Your a la mode desktop programs are uninstalled via the Windows Uninstall or change a program feature. Before you begin, make sure that the program you're uninstalling is not currently running on your PC or any of your workstations, and that you've backed up any necessary data. Then, follow the instructions below to uninstall the a la mode program from your computer:

If you're uninstalling a server installation of TOTAL, there's a few extra steps involved. Click here for those instructions.
  1. On your keyboard, press Windows Key (  ) + R to open the Run dialog box.

  2. In the Open: field, type appwiz.cpl and click OK to open the Uninstall or change a program window.

  3. Once the list of programs finishes loading, right‑click on the program you wish to remove and choose Uninstall.

  4. Confirm any prompts that you see to complete the uninstall process.

Once the uninstall process is finished, the software alerts you that it has completed successfully.
