Moving your XSite to another customer account.

In order to move your XSite to another account or transfer ownership of the XSite to a business partner, you will need to gather the following:

  • A photo ID of the account holder
  • The domain name ( or XSite name (, for example)
  • The Invoice Number reflecting the XSite's purchase
    The last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the XSite

Once you have all of these, print and fill out the form below. Then, scan the document, along with a photocopy of a state issued photo ID or professional license of the account holder, and submit a support request via If you need assistance submitting a support request, click here.
