Accounting and billing processes in TOTAL
This document explains ways to manage your accounting and billing information using TOTAL.

The accounting process in TOTAL differs from WinTOTAL Aurora's, but is still just as easy. XSite Billing is still available with the same Business Management tools, but you can also use TOTAL's SmartFilters, or export your data to QuickBooks for more complex data management. Select a tab below for more information on each option:
If you've been using your XSite's Business Management for accounting, your best option is to continue to use your XSite. All of your existing billing information is already there, and you won't have to setup any new products in a new system. The new workflow process is just as easy as before:
If needed, you can also manually enter billing information, invoices, and payments from your XSites Business Management.
For easy billing management and invoice tracking, TOTAL offers SmartFilters. Track paid and unpaid invoices for specified report folders by date range, filter by Client, and edit invoices directly from the Appraisal Desktop.
If you've moved to TOTAL from WinTOTAL Aurora, you'll need to move your WinTOTAL reports to a TOTAL folder in order to track or view the invoices in SmartFilters. For more information about SmartFilters, click here.
