Logging In

Your clients log in to XSite's client ordering and account management tools through the Order an Appraisal and Client Login pages of your XSite. Clients log in to your site as follows.

1. Clients visit your site and click the Order an Appraisal or Client Login links on your XSite.
2. Next, your clients log in by clicking Current Customer, or creating an account by clicking New Customer.

   See the Order Settings section of the Titan Office User's Guide for instructions on allowing clients to create a new account.

3. If your client doesn't remember their login, the Forgot your password? link allows them to reset their password.
