Enabling Online Ordering

To enable online ordering in your Appraiser XSite:

  1. Access User Management and check the Online Ordering box under User Privileges for any User who needs to receive, view, and deliver orders. Clients will be able to select from these names when placing an order.
  2. Access the Business Management Fees Setup page and check the box to Allow clients to create accounts.
  3. From Fees Setup, add Products and Fees to your Product List. These are the services you'd like to offer on your order forms.

Once you've enabled online ordering, be sure to review the process on Creating Client Accounts so you can help your existing clients make the transition to online order through your XSite.

On the Online Ordering step of the XSite Wizard, click Select Counties and mark the state and counties you cover to make yourself available for orders through our XSites Network in addition to your XSite.
