Printing

TOTAL for Tablet PC's printing tools provide an easy way for you to print out your sketch and field notes if you need a hard copy around for reference. To print your sketch and/or field notes:

1. Set your printing preferences to indicate whether you just want the sketch, whether you want to include various calculations, and whether you want to include a summary printout of your field notes.
2. As necessary, click Menu, File, Page Setup to adjust the print margins or orientation of your paper.
3. When you're ready to print you have two options:
   • To begin printing, select Menu, File, Print.
   • To preview and then print, select Menu, File, Print Preview. Then, verify that the printout is as intended and click the printer icon to the upper left of the screen.
4. In the Print screen that appears, select your preferred printer and click OK to start printing.
