Use Existing Worksheets

Once you’ve saved a Worksheet in TOTAL or Excel, follow the directions below to quickly load that into your current report.

  1. In TOTAL's Worksheet, click Open ( Worksheet Link Field ) from the toolbar.
  2. Browse to the Worksheet or Excel spreadsheet that you wish to use.
      NOTE:

    TOTAL is only able to open .XLS and .XLSX spreadsheet formats.

  3. Click Open.

If you are importing an Excel spreadsheet to use as your report's Worksheet, follow the instructions above to open it and use it in your current report.  Once it has loaded, link fields and cells, enter formulas, and format the worksheet as needed.  Then, save it as a TOTAL Worksheet so you can use it again for future reports and avoid formatting and configuring it for each report.
