When you open the addenda split view, there are several features that you can use to move around and view your work:

• The Addenda PowerView can be undocked from anywhere in TOTAL.  This is especially helpful when using multiple monitors.  To undock the Addenda PowerView, simply click Undock.  Once undocked, click‑and‑drag the borders of the window to resize it, then click‑and‑drag the window to a separate area on your screen or even a separate monitor.
• If you have multiple addenda in your report, quickly navigate to any of them using the drop‑down list at the top left of the addenda window. The asterisk (*) indicates the addendum where overflow text is placed. Click here to learn more about text overflow options.

  

• If you've used the text overflow feature to insert text from your form, or linked data from any fields, you can quickly locate these sections in your addendum.  Click Go To Field in the lower toolbar.  A screen displays all of the linked fields.  Double‑click the desired link and you're taken directly to that section of the report.

If you attempt to view an addendum in the Forms PowerView while the Addenda PowerView is undocked or the split‑screen addenda is open, the words Preview Only appear on the addendum in the Forms PowerView.  In order to edit an addendum directly in the Forms PowerView, you must close the Addenda PowerView or split‑screen view.

• All addendum pages have a header, by default you can only see the header in any addendum if you enable the header view.
• The header doesn't show by default but does show when printing whether it is enabled or not.  The same goes for the footer where the signature block is.
• Enabling the Header view is easy, first you have to be in the addenda page then click the header button from the toolbar.  To edit the text again click the header button to disable it.
