TOTAL offers many options to customize your formfilling experience, and makes
it easier than ever to access your settings. The User Profile
Menu button in the upper right of your Appraisal Desktop and formfiller
allows you to quickly access your user information for updates, additions, or
for switching between users in TOTAL.
Here's what you can access in two clicks:
- Edit User —
Go directly to the Name & email tab in your contact to
edit your user information.
- Edit Signature and
License — Go directly to the User & License
Settings tab in your contact to update or remove existing license and
signature information, or add a new one.
- Switch
User — Switch to a different user profile for working in TOTAL.
- Office
Settings — Go directly to your office information to make
changes. Keeping this updated makes billing, driving directions, and
other activities easier.
