Follow the instructions below to reset the password for a TOTAL user
profile:
From TOTAL's Sign In screen,
select the user name from the list and click
Forgot?.
Answer the security question and click OK.
In the screen that appears, enter the new password. Then, reenter it in
the field below to verify the new password. You also have the option to change
the security question and answer.
When you're finished, click OK to save the changes.

get into TOTAL by creating a new TOTAL user. Click here to learn how.
