Calendar Access

ScheduleAssist integrates with your online calendar to provide you with on‑the‑go access to your inspection appointments. During the first time setup, you're required to sign in to your Google account to integrate your Google calendar. Follow the instructions below to change which Google Calendar ScheduleAssist uses, disconnect your calendar, or to change whether or not other users on your account can schedule appointments on your behalf:

  1. Log in to TOTAL as the ScheduleAssist user you want to modify, and go to the ScheduleAssist PowerView.
  2. Click your username on the upper right, and select Calendar Access.

  4. When you're finished, click Close to return to the ScheduleAssist PowerView.
