Enabling Online Ordering

To enable online ordering in your Appraiser XSite:

  1. In the XSites Wizard, click Online Ordering, and then check the box next to Enable Online Ordering, Tracking, & Appraisal Report Delivery.

  2. Log in to www.TitanAppraisal.com.
  3. Hover your cursor over the User Settings menu and select Office Settings.

  4. Click Order Settings and then toggle the switch next to Online Ordering.

  5. Toggle the switch next to Allow clients to create accounts, and then click Apply to save your changes.

That's it! Online Ordering is now available on your XSite. Any orders received through your online portal are sent to Titan Office. From there you can assign, manage, and process your appraisal orders with ease.

Selecting Counties and Job Types for XSites Network

To select your counties that appear on your order form and your XSites Network profile:

  1. In the XSites Wizard, click Online Ordering, and then click Select Counties.

  2. Click Add to select your counties.

  3. Click the state/province you work in.

  4. Then, check the box next to each county you cover. When you're finished, click Save in the upper right.

To select the job types that appear on your order form and XSites Network profile:

  1. In the XSites Wizard, click Online Ordering, and then click Select Counties.

  2. Under Services and Job Types, check the box next to each appraisal job you typically cover.

  3. Then, under Property Types, check the box(es) next to Residential, Commercial, or both and click Save.

That's it! You've updated what appears on your order form and your profile on the XSites Network. Having an up to date profile allows potential clients to know which appraisals you offer, and if you cover their area. For more information on your ranking in the XSites Network, click here.
