As you sketch, you may find that you need to add additional pages in order to
accommodate all the areas necessary to sketch the property. The pages you add in
TOTAL for Mobile conveniently transfer to individual pages in your report when
they're transferred back to TOTAL.
To add a page to your sketch:
- In a sketch, tap the
Pages icon ( ) on the upper right. If you're
using an iPhone or a similar device with a smaller screen, press the
fn key on your sketch
keyboard, and then tap page.
- In the window that appears, tap the plus sign on the upper right.
After tapping the plus sign, a new page is added, and you're taken to the
new, blank sketch canvas.
If you have multiple pages in your sketch, follow the instructions below to
toggle between them:
- In a sketch, tap the
Pages icon ( ) on the upper right. If you're
using an iPhone or a device with a smaller screen, press the
fn key on your sketch
keyboard, and then tap page.
- In the Pages window, the list of existing pages is
displayed. The page you're currently viewing is indicated with a check mark on
the right.
- Tap any page in the list to select that page and resume sketching.
To rearrange pages or delete a page from your sketch:
- In a sketch, tap the
Pages icon ( ) on the upper right. If you're
using an iPhone or a similar device with a smaller screen, press the
fn key on your sketch
keyboard, and then tap page.
- In the dialog that appears, press Edit.
- Tap and drag the textured icon ( ) to rearrange the pages in
your sketch. Or, press the delete icon ( ) beside a page you want
to remove and tap the Delete button ( ) that appears to
confirm deletion.
- Press Done to return to the list of pages.
