Titan Photos is a new feature of Titan Drive that stores and organizes your
photos in the cloud. Titan Photos lets you access your photos across devices in
both TOTAL and Titan Reports.
Additionally, Titan Photos applies advanced image analytics to your photos to
enable new, time‑saving features when writing a report — including
automatic captioning based
on image content.
The Titan Photos tab provides insights into your photo database without
opening a report. In addition to viewing and editing your photos and their
details, you can also import and search for images.

- Titan Photos Tab
- Click the Photos tab on the upper right of the
Appraisal Desktop to access Titan Photos.

- Import
- Click Import to enter a property address and select the
photos you want to import. Click

- Search
- Use the search bar to search for images by address. Future updates will
add an Advanced Search feature that allows you to search tags, description,
and notes.
- Sort
- Click the Sort drop‑down menu to choose whether you want to sort
addresses in ascending or descending order in the panel on the left.
- Show
- Click the Show dropdown to choose between Library Photos and Deleted
Photos. The default view in Titan Photos display all your images. You can
view your deleted photos by selecting Deleted Photos from the Show dropdown.
- Size
- Use the Size slider to adjust the size of the thumbnail displayed for
each property in the panel on the left, as well as the size of the thumbnail
of each photo in the gallery on the right.

- Property Addresses and Details
- Each property address is listed in the panel on the left, along with a
brief summary of details. Select a property address to view additional
information and view all photos associated with that address on the right.

- Enlarge Image
- Click the thumbnail in the list of properties on the left, or click the
thumbnail in the preview pane on the upper right to enlarge it and view a
full‑screen version of the image.

Click the Import button
to quickly import additional photos for the currently selected
address.

Click the Download
button to download the current photo and save it to your computer or
device.

Click the Copy button
to copy the current photo to your clipboard.

Click the Delete button
to delete the current photo from Titan Photos.

- Image Tags
- Our image analytics analyzes the content of images and returns a series
of tags that are used to create automatic labels for each photo.

- Additional Property Details and Photos
- Select an address in the panel on the left
to display the Gallery pane, Preview pane, tags, and other details in the
panel on the right.
- The preview pane on the upper right displays
a larger version of the thumbnail selected from the gallery pane on the
lower right. The preview pane also gives you access to the Image Toolbar, lists the Image
Tags associated with the photo, and displays the description and any
notes entered for it.
- The gallery pane on the lower right displays all the photos for the
selected address — grouped and sorted by date. Click an image in the
gallery pane to view that image and details associated with it in the
preview pane on the upper right.
