To edit a panel appraiser:
- From the Panel
section of Titan Office, select the appraiser from the list and click
Edit Appraiser.
- Choose the options for this appraiser:
- Available for new orders
- Check this option if you want this appraiser to be able to receive and
manage new appraisal orders.
- Send Daily Notifications
- Enable this option if you want this appraiser to receive a daily
notification about orders and statuses.
- Suspended (account locked)
- When this option is enabled, the appraiser account is suspended and the
user is prevented from receiving or managing any appraisal orders.
- On Vacation until:
- If a panel appraiser is out of the office for an extended period of time
and you want to temporarily disable their ability to receive orders, enable
this option and use the calendar tool to choose the date they return and
resume the ability to receive and manage orders.
- Sync Calendars
- Click Sync Outlook to sync Titan Office with this
appraiser's calendar. Enter the appraiser's email address and click
Send to send a verification email. Once verified, the
appraiser's schedule is now available when assigning orders and inspections
that have been scheduled for orders assigned to the appraiser are shown on
their calendar.
- Add Document
- This allows you to upload and attach licenses, certifications,
contracts, and other documents. Click Add Document, then
click Choose File to browse for it, enter or choose a date
in the Notify field if you want to be reminded to review
the document at a later date (such as a license expiration date), enter a
description for the document, and click Upload.
- When you're finished, click Save to save your changes.
