Whether your five–year USPAP requirement passes or you need to remove a file that was uploaded by mistake, it's easy to delete files from Titan Drive.
Keep in mind: If you have a report in a watched folder in WinTOTAL or TOTAL, it will continue to go to your Titan Drive storage area each time an upload is performed, even if you've previously deleted it from Titan Drive. If you're deleting files that you no longer want to be stored in Titan Drive, make sure to double‑check your upload settings too. Click here for instructions.
To delete files from Titan Drive:
If you want to delete an entire range of files, use the search bar or filter drop‑down menu ( ) to find the files you want to delete. For instance, if you want to find all of the files that are older than five years, click the filter drop‑down menu ( ), select Custom date range, and choose the time frame you want to display. Alternatively, click the Last Updated column heading to sort the files by the last time you updated them and just select the ones you want to delete from there.
It's that simple! The deleted files are now located in the Deleted Items folder.
To permanently delete a file from Titan Drive:
Be careful when permanently deleting files — once a file is permanently deleted, you won't be able to retrieve it!
