To arrange your QuickList entries alphabetically:

1. In the Forms PowerView in TOTAL, place your cursor in the field containing the QuickLists you wish to sort alphabetically.
2. In the QuickList pane on the left, click the Sort icon (  ) in the QuickList toolbar. When sorted alphabetically, the Sort icon displays a white border.
3. Click the Sort icon (  ) again to revert back to the original, non‑alphabetized list of entries.

To Manage your QuickLists in Titan Reports:

1. In the Forms PowerView in Titan Reports, place your cursor in the field containing the QuickLists you wish to sort.
2. Click the menu icon (  )  and choose Manage Field‑Specific QuickList Items from Current Text Database.
3. In the window that appears
   • Click and drag QuickList entries to rearrange them.
   • Select an entry to highlight it, and use the arrow keys on the right to move it up or down in the list.
   • To remove any blank entries or gaps between QuickLists, click the trim icon (  )  on the right.
4. When you're finished, click Apply to save your changes.
