Data Entry Settings

To update your data entry options:

1. With a report open, click Tools, and select Options from the drop‑down menu.

   

2. Select Forms from the list of categories on the left and go to the Data Entry section.

   

3. In the For UAD Reports section, Titan Reports offers three options for filling out UAD forms:
   • Always display dynamic field expansions when entering a UAD field
   • Only display dynamic field expansions when entering a UAD field if the field is blank, in error, or specifically selected
   • FreeForm UAD Mode — Never display dynamic field expansions when entering a UAD field.

     Pressing CTRL+Enter on your keyboard always opens Dynamic Field Expansions in UAD fields where they're available. Click here for detailed information on FreeForm UAD Mode.

4. Next, when calculating the actual age for a comparable based on the year built, choose whether you want to Use the report effective date or Use the comparable sale date.
5. When you're finished adjusting your settings, click Apply or Save & Close to save your changes.
