Templates

Delivery templates allow you to create customized messages to send to clients, instead of contemplating the right way to respond each time you deliver an order. To create a delivery template:

  1. From the Deliver screen of Order Details, enter the message as you want it to appear.
  2. Use the Merge Field drop‑down menu to quickly insert and reference pieces of order information in your message without having to jump back and forth between the order form and your message. Fields that can be merged from the order form include:
    When you use merged fields in your message templates, Titan Office automatically inserts the appropriate order information from the current order when you deliver it. This saves you from having to read through the message and update specific details about an order each time you deliver.
  3. Click Templates and select Manage Templates  from the drop‑down menu.

  4. In the window that appears, enter a Template Name to help you distinguish between this template and other templates you create.

  5. The custom delivery message you created in Step 2 is automatically loaded. Make any additional revisions or adjustments to it here.
  6. When you're finished, click Save New on the upper right.

That's it!  Your custom template is now ready to use on any order you deliver.
