Issue Description

When touched fields are disabled through TOTAL's Configuration Settings, fields that had previously been "touched" in a report continue to display as white fields after the option is disabled and can't be changed back to the blue "untouched" field color.

  2. Select Forms from the list on the left, scroll down to the Keyboard navigation section, check the box to enable touched fields, and click Save & Close.

  3. When you're returned to your report, select any fields that display as touched (the white fields). You can click and drag to highlight them, or hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard while clicking to select multiple, individual fields.

  4. Once you have selected the "touched" fields, click the Touch/Untouch icon ( ) in the top toolbar, or right-click one of the highlighted fields and select Touch/Untouch from the drop‑down menu.

  5. Once the fields show as "untouched", repeat steps 1 and 2 to uncheck and disable the "Enable touched fields" option in TOTAL's Configuration Settings.
