If you're unable to download TOTAL for Mobile from the Google Play Store, you can "side‑load" the app directly from our website. However, Android™ devices don't come with this function enabled automatically for security reasons, and must be specifically enabled by the user.
Side‑loading applications from unknown sources is a security risk. While apps from a la mode are safe to install, if you install a malicious application it could hijack your data and share it with untrustworthy people. To mitigate this possibility, please follow this doc to the end, as we tell you how to turn off side‑loading once you've installed TOTAL for Mobile.
While we can provide general instructions for most Android devices, there's an ever-expanding variety of Android devices available for purchase, and we're unable to provide instructions for all of them. If you're not sure how to proceed, or the instructions don't match your device, please consult with the manufacturer of your device or your service provider for further assistance.
After checking Unknown sources, you'll be prompted with a security warning. Read the warning, and if you still wish to continue tap OK.
You may get prompted once more about harmful apps. Simply tap Accept and TOTAL for Mobile will continue installing.
Now, we now need to disable the side-loading feature. Return to the top of the page and follow the Enabling side‑loading instructions again to uncheck the Unknown sources setting.
