How to remove the Vault column from the Appraisal Desktop

This document shows TOTAL Users how to remove the Vault Column from the Appraisal Desktop.

With the addition of Vault status icons in TOTAL's Appraisal Desktop, a new Vault column has been added as one of the default columns displayed in the file cabinet to help you track your reports stored in the Vault.  If you don't have Vault or if you don't want the Vault column displayed in your Appraisal Desktop you can remove it.  To remove the Vault column, follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Appraisal Desktop, click Tools on the upper left and select Edit Column Layout from the drop‑down menu.

  2. Double‑click the Vault column from the list Displayed fields on the right, or select it and click the arrow pointing to the left to remove it from the list.

  3. When you're finished, click Save.
