Disabling Automatic USPS Conversion
This document show TOTAL Users how to disable automatic USPS conversion on both a per report basis and for all reports.

When entering a street address, city, state, or Zip code, that differs from USPS records, you may notice that the text will change as soon as you leave the field. However, in certain circumstances, you need to keep the original, non‑standardized address. Follow the instructions below to stop TOTAL from overwriting this information.
Choose a panel below for instructions on how to disable this setting on a per-report basis or to disable the setting for all reports:

That's it! Once you've locked the field(s) from transfers, the color of the field(s) changes to green and the information now stays in the field(s) as it was entered. Repeat this process for any subsequent reports where you need to retain the original address information.

That's it! The information now stays in the field as it was entered. Keep in mind - this setting is a Global setting, meaning it affects all future reports. To re‑enable this setting, repeat steps 1‑3 and re‑check the Convert address to USPS standard checkbox.
