This document details the complete list of updates and changes made to TOTAL with the July 20, 2021 update.

TOTAL

• By customer request, you can now remove a comparable and add it to your WorkFile from the Forms view through the Save local comp feature — even if it already exists in your local comps database. You have the options to Remove and add to WorkFile, Delete from Report, or Leave in the Report.
• Improved the initial view when customers with higher resolution monitors launch a new window inside TOTAL.

Forms

• Added a new form for Class Appraisal.

QuickSource

• Added more helpful instructions in Subject Public Records dialog boxes.
• Improved data transfer and validation to and from TOTAL.
