Competitor Software File Locations
This document provides the default file locations for appraisal reports and databases for use with TOTAL's Competitor Conversion tool.

When using TOTAL's Competitor Conversion Wizard, you're asked to provide the path(s) to the location of your appraisal reports and/or databases. Use the drop‑down menu below to choose your previous formfilling software and view a list of the default locations for reports and databases for each competitor.
The file paths listed for each competitor are provided as a convenience and are the most current and accurate locations available to us at the time of publication. If any of these locations are incorrect and you know of a different location where files are stored for any of the competitors listed below, please let us know by sending an e‑mail to AppraiserInfo@CoreLogic.com.
Bear in mind that if you have a custom installation, the file locations provided won't necessarily match. The paths provided are the default locations. If you have a custom installation, you'll need to manually browse to the custom file locations in the Competitor Conversion Wizard.

ACI
Because ACI began encrypting their reports beginning with Version 8.5.2 (circa 2002-2003) any report created with this version or higher cannot be converted. Additionally, any photos contained in ACI Canister files cannot be converted by TOTAL. However, TOTAL does have the ability to convert ACI's Comparables Database, Photos Database, and can import data from UAD XML files.
