CLVS Plugin FAQ

The CoreLogic Valuation Solutions (CLVS) plugin replaces the Rels, and ACS plugins. The plugin simply transmits your report to CLVS, where it is reviewed by a third party, ProQuality. Support for the results of the review is provided by ProQuality/CLVS.

The CoreLogic Valuation Solutions (CLVS) plugin allows you to deliver your report directly to CLVS.  If you previously delivered your reports using the RELS/ValueIT, or ACS plugins, you'll now use the CLVS plugin instead.

With this change, there are some frequently asked questions:


Question:

What do I need to do to start using the CLVS plugin?

Answer:

As long as you've installed the latest updates, you'll be able to begin using the CLVS plugin immediately.  Make sure to run the CLVS pre‑delivery check before delivering the report. Click here for step‑by‑step instructions on running the Pre-Delivery Check.

Question:

What do I need in order to deliver reports using the CLVS Plugin?

Answer:

There are a few things you will need in order to deliver a report:

  • You'll need to run the CLVS pre‑delivery check before delivering the report.  Click here for more information and step-by-step instructions on running the Pre-Delivery Check.
  • You'll need your CLVS vendor ID, username, and password in order to deliver your reports using the CLVS plugin.  The vendor ID is provided by CLVS, and the username and password is the SAME as your username and password for the CLVS website.  If you don't have the username or password, you can retrieve it from CLVS directly.  Click here to use the password recovery process on their site.
  • You'll need the order number associated with your report in order to complete the delivery process.  This order number was supplied when you received the order.

Question:

How do I acknowledge an order?

Answer:

CLVS requires that you log into their site to acknowledge the order.  Orders may no longer be acknowledged within TOTAL Connect or WinTOTAL.  Click here to go to the CLVS login page.


Question:

When I run the CLVS pre‑delivery check, there is a review that gives me errors.  What is this?

Answer:

When you run the CLVS pre‑delivery check, a third party review is conducted by ProQuality.  a la mode does not participate in this review, so if you have questions about the results, please contact CLVS at (877) 352‑4650.

Question:

I no longer receive ORD files that I used to get from Rels.  What's going on?

Answer:

You'll notice that rather than the ORD files previously used to transmit your reports, RXML files are now used.  You don't need to worry about this — we've taken care of the details so those files can be used as easily as the ORD files were.
