Changing your Contact, License, or Certification Information (Aurora Only)

This document explains how to update your contact, license, or certifications information in WinTOTAL.

To Update your License & Certification Information:

  1. Open the Appraisal Desktop and click Contacts in the toolbar at the top.
  2. Find the contact entry for yourself in the list of contacts and double-click it.  Or, select your contact and click Edit.

  3. When a screen appears with your contact information, type your updated license and certification information in the fields provided.

  4. Click OK when finished to save your changes.

To Update your Contact/Address Information:

  1. Open the Appraisal Desktop and click Options, Change Office Settings from the menus at the top of the screen.
  2. In the screen that appears, update the necessary contact information using the fields provided.  Then, click OK to save you changes.

  3. When you return to the Appraisal Desktop, click Contacts in the toolbar.
  4. Find the contact entry for yourself in the list of contacts and double-click it.
  5. When a screen appears with your contact information, type your updated contact information in the fields provided.
  6. Click OK when finished to save your changes.
