Because Mercury Network now uses its own team of dedicated support specialists, you will need to contact them directly for any help you have with Mercury Network or VMP XSites.
To get the fastest help from Mercury Network, login so they receive your account information along with your request.
To submit a support request:
- Login at https://vendors.MercuryVMP.com if you're an appraiser, or at https://secure.MercuryVMP.com if you're a lender.
- Now, click on the Contact Support button in the upper right corner to submit a support request.
You can also reach them by phone at 1‑800‑900‑4954 (appraiser) or 1‑888‑794‑0455 (lender).
