How to unblock phone numbers on Android and iOS devices
This document explains how to unblock a phone number on Android and iOS.

In some cases, the outgoing phone numbers we use for a la mode Sales and Support phone calls may be blocked on your device. If you've blocked these numbers, whether on purpose or accidentally, we won't be able to reach you to discuss your account or any issues you may be experiencing.
To unblock a phone number on Android or iOS, select one of the tabs below.
The phone numbers shown in this guide are for our outgoing calls only. To contact us, please continue to use 1‑800‑ALAMODE.
To see the phone numbers you've blocked:
- Open your device's Phone app.
- Tap the More Options icon (
). - Tap Settings, and then tap Block Numbers.
- Our outgoing numbers are:
- (405) 218‑1590
- (405) 266‑3004
- (844) 285‑2130
- (405) 369‑6060
- (405) 369‑6600
If any of these numbers are shown, tap the Minus icon ( — ) to remove it from your blocked list.
Some Android devices may not have the same options within Settings. If your settings don't match our instructions, contact your device's manufacturer or your service provider for steps on unblocking phone numbers.
That's it! You can now receive phone calls from a la mode.
To see the phone numbers you've blocked:
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Phone.
- Select Call Blocking & Identification.
- Our outgoing numbers are:
- (405) 218‑1590
- (405) 266‑3004
- (844) 285‑2130
- (405) 369‑6060
- (405) 369‑6600
If any of these numbers are shown, swipe left over the number, and then tap Unblock.
That's it! You can now receive phone calls from a la mode.
