Coverage Information

To maximize the exposure your business has on the Internet, it's important to set up your coverage area.  By doing this, you will list yourself as an active appraiser in the various counties you cover on our XSites Network and increase the potential for new business through your Appraiser XSite.  To set up your coverage area:

  1. From the Business Management section of your XSite, click XSites Network in the Navigation pane on the left.  Then, click the Coverage link.

  2. In the screen that appears, click Add.
  3. A list of states and provinces in the US and Canada appears.  Click the link corresponding to the state or province of your choice.
  4. When the list of counties appears, simply check all of the counties that apply to your coverage area.  Use the Select All and Clear All buttons at the bottom of the window to quickly select or deselect all the counties in the state of province of your choice.
  5. When you've selected all the applicable counties in the state or province of your choice, click Add at the bottom of the screen to save your changes and continue adding counties in other states or click Done to return to your completed list of counties covered.
  6. Once you've added the counties in which you cover, specify your availability and place a check beside each service type, jop type, and property type for which you're willing to accept orders.
  7. When you're finished, scroll to the bottom and click Save on the lower right.
  NOTE:

Remember, by default, each Appraiser XSite comes with the ability to list your company in one state.  If you're serious about appraising in multiple states, you will need to consider purchasing additional states.  Contact an a la mode sales representative at 800.alamode for more information and pricing.
