Voiding Transactions

In some cases you may need to issue a refund and void a transaction that you processed for a client.  To void a transaction for a client:

  1. From the Credit Card section of your XSite's Business Management, click Transactions in the Billing pane on the left.

  2. Find the transaction you'd like to void and click the credit card icon (  ) to the left of it.

  3. When the transaction details appear, review the information and check the Email Invoice box if you want to send a receipt to your customer.
  4. Click Process to securely void the transaction and issue the refund.
  5. Once the transaction processes, a confirmation appears.  Click Invoice to print out a copy of the invoice or click Close to close the window.
