Edit File Information

Vault’s files list allows you to quickly find and organize files.  You can even edit the information that is displayed in the grid to add descriptive information to help you find the files you need more quickly.

To edit the file information that appears in the files list:

  1. Log in to your Vault account.
  2. Place a check beside the file you want to modify and click Edit.

  3. Use the fields provided to change any of the current information to more descriptive information that you can use when managing your Vault account.


    This only changes the information that appears in the Vault's files list.  It does not change the actual data in your report.

  4. Click Apply to save your changes.
