Form View

To help you visualize the data you've collected in TOTAL for Tablet PC, we provide a basic form view with your field data displayed in the major form of your choice. As necessary, you can also apply basic formatting to your field data in the form view to shorten the amount of formatting required in WinTOTAL and the form you select is applied to your report in WinTOTAL as well. To access TOTAL for Tablet PC's form view:

  1. With a report open in TOTAL for Tablet PC, select the Form tab at the top of the screen.
  2. If desired, click Swap Form in the main toolbar to view a list of forms you can use in the form view. Just click a form and click OK to make the switch.
  3. As necessary, apply any formatting changes you want. A detailed list of the options available is included below.

When finished, remember to save your report. Then, any changes you make will transfer over into WinTOTAL just by opening the report with WinTOTAL.
