Edit Structure Details
To edit the details for a structure, area, or room:
With a report open in TOTAL for Mobile, tap the menu icon (
) and press Structure. Or, simply tap the Structure PowerView icon ( 
) on the left.
Expand the drop‑down menu at the top and tap to select an existing structure, area, or room and view its details, or add a new one.
If necessary, enter or adjust the name for the structure, area, or room. If you're editing the details for a room, tap the Room Count box if you want the room to contribute towards the total room count for your report.
Fill out the necessary details about the area in the various sections.
Tap the camera icon (
) below a photo slot in the Photos section to take a picture. Press the existing file icon ( 
) to select an existing photo from your albums or Camera Roll.
When you insert a photo, an additional photo slot is added to the form dynamically — allowing you to add as many photos as you need.
Repeat these steps for any additional structures, areas, or rooms.
