Login Information

Linking your Vault account to TOTAL allows you to enable scheduling and configure automatic backups of your reports and preferences, set your watched folders, and more.  To Link your Vault account to TOTAL:

  1. Click Tools in the menu on the upper left and select Configure Settings.
  2. Select Vault from the list of categories on the left.
  3. Enter your Username and Password in the corresponding fields.
  4. In the Send e–mail notifications to: field, enter an email address where you'd like to receive Vault notifications.

  5. When you're finished, click Login.
  6. Once you're logged in, continue with the Vault Settings to adjust your backup settings.  Or, click Save & Close.
After your Vault account is linked a floodbar is displayed that shows your Current Vault storage.  If your Vault reaches capacity, click Get more Vault space to purchase additional storage.
