Format Worksheets

To format the cells in your Worksheet:

  1. In TOTAL's Worksheet, select the cells you want to format and click Format Cells ( Worksheet Link Field ) in the Worksheet toolbar, or right‑click the cells and choose Format Cells from the drop‑down menu.
  2. From the Format Cells screen, make changes to the Worksheet cells by adjusting their settings. Select a category on the left of the screen to make changes, including:

  3. Click Close in the bottom right to save your formatting changes.
The Worksheet is not intended to be printed. Instead, these formatting options are applied to make your Worksheet easier to use. For example, since linked cells are colored red and yellow, changing your data entry cells to blue makes them more visible. Also, remember that any formatting applied to the Worksheet doesn't transfer to your report.
