Spell Check Options

To configure how TOTAL spell checks your reports:

  1. Click Tools and select Configure Settings. Then, click Forms and scroll to the Spell check options section.
  2. Mark each of the items you want TOTAL to ignore as it spell checks your report. Options include:
  3. Click Apply or Save & Close to save your changes.

Text Selection Settings

To enable multiple field text selection (default):

  1. Click Tools and select Configure Settings. Then, click Forms and scroll to the Text selection section.
  2. Check the box next to Click and Drag to select multiple fields.
  3. When you're finished adjusting your settings, click Apply or Save & Close to save your changes.
