Exclude folders from SmartFilters

TOTAL's SmartFilters allow you to exclude entire folders from your accounting information. Follow the instructions below to exclude a folder from SmartFilters:

1. From the Appraisal Desktop, locate the folder you want to exclude from the list of folders on the left.
2. Right‑click the folder and choose Exclude from SmartFilters.

   

   Once a folder is excluded from SmartFilters, an "excluded" icon (  ) appears on top of the folder.

   

3. If you want to reverse this at a later time and include a folder in your SmartFilters accounting information, simply right‑click the folder and choose Include in SmartFilters.
