Concatenating fields allows you to select multiple source fields from you MLS
import file and combine them into a single destination field on your form.
Follow the instructions below to combine (concatenate) multiple source fields on
the left into a single destination field on the right:
- Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and select the
source fields you want to concatenate from the column on the left.
- Select the destination field on the right where you would like the
concatenated data to be inserted.

- Click Match to open the Concatenate
Fields window, and specify the order and separation of your source
fields:

- Select the source field on the left and use the up and down arrows on
the right to select the order in which the data from the source fields
should be inserted into the destination field.
- Specify which character (space, comma, semicolon, etc.) you'd like to
use to separate the data from each source field.
- To separate your data with multiple or custom separators, use the bottom
line to manually separate your source fields.
- When you're finished, click OK to return to the field mapping screen in Step 2 of
the MLS Text File Importer.
