Attach Directories

If you need to access files outside of your main TOTAL installation (e.g. on a network or external drive), you can attach those directories in TOTAL's file manager.  To attach a folder in TOTAL's file manager:

  1. At the top left of the Appraisal Desktop, click Folder and select Attach Folder.

  2. In the screen that appears, click Browse to find the folder you want to attach.

  3. Click to select the folder you want to attach.  Then, click OK to save the folder selection.
  4. Click Attach to attach the directory in your TOTAL file manager.

If you need to remove the attached folder at any later time, just right-click it in the Folders panel and choose Disconnect Attached folder from the menu that appears.
