Schedule Call

To schedule a call with contacts from your contacts database:

1. Check the box beside each contact you'd like to schedule a call with.
2. Click Schedule Call in the Marketing Activities pane on the lower left.

   

3. In the New Task window that appears:
   • Enter a subject for the task.
   • Enter a due date for the task, or click the calendar icon and select a due date.
   • If necessary, delegate the task to a specific XSite user.
   • Adjust the description as needed.

   

4. When you're finished, click Save.
