Ordering Appraisals

When clients come to your site to order an appraisal, they must log in and place the order via your online ordering tools. When your clients login, they can see the see past orders they've placed, search their orders, check their status, and place new orders.

Follow the instructions below to see how a client places an order on your XSite:

  1. Your client logs in to their client account via the Client Login link, or the Order an Appraisal link. If they login with Order an Appraisal, skip to Step 3.
  2. Next, your client clicks on New web order to create a new appraisal order.

  3. Then, they fill out the provided order form with the details of their request. When they're finished filling out the order, they click Next to submit the order.

  4. A "Thank You" message appears offering your clients the option to place another appraisal order or to submit any documents related to the appraisal order.
